If this link runs out of stock, two other EPC sellers have this model available, but at a higher price with “best offer”.

More info on the Pentium Gold G5400:

Picked one up last night for $142.49

Edit: @JDM_WAAAT would you recommend just using a 2.5” SATA SSD in this or a PCIe NVMe SSD for a transcoding box?

NVMe!

Use the JacobsParts adapter in this thread: [Official] NVMe FAQ & Info - M.2, U.2, heatsinks, and more!

For a dedicated transcoder, I generally recommend a 512GB drive - they aren’t too expensive and you really shouldn’t need to upgrade past that.

How did you get on with this mate?

I have jsut purchased a prodesk 400 G5 on ebay with an i5 8500. It only has 8gb ram so I’m going to need to grab another stick.

The specs say it has an m.2 slot in it so did you use that or go the pcie adapter route? maybe you did both?

If it has a M.2 slot, you can use it… no reason for an adapter.
