Purchased and assembled the 6-bay Mini-ITX NAS part-for-part with the exception of upgrading the CPU to the i7-3770S. When I power on, it will not post. Entirely black screen, nothing. The fans spin and the HDD spins up. When I hook up the internal speaker, I get two long beeps and then nothing. Any ideas?
Got it working by switching to a Xeon E3-1260L and updating the board BIOS. After that it would accept the i7-3770S. No idea why. All good now though.
