Works well in Windows, Linux is questionable. Does not work with Unraid/TrueNAS/FreeBSD.

Anyone know if drivers are needed, firmware update required, or software required to use this with Windows 10?

Drivers are needed, but it will work.

Doesnt take you to a support portal, but to the Submit a Case page…its a bit misleading.

And the actual WD support page doesnt have a product category for this product, I just assume thats due to it being acquired and retired.

I have one, it works under windows 10, no problems. I have the drivers if you still need them.
