Upgrade dead Chenbro NR12000

I currently have
Chenbro NR12000 1U
and I believe it has died. It has been shutting down by itself daily but up until today I was able to reboot it. Today it sounds like it reboots but the VGA connected monitor is not getting a signal and I can’t connect to unraid’s web ui. Also can’t get in the bios. No video shows up at all.

I will pull one of the ram sticks and see if it will boot up. I don’t know if there is anything else I can do.

Edit- I opened the case to remove the ram and replace the 2032 battery and there is a solid red light next to the cpu.

My main question is can I upgrade the motherboard/ram/cpu to keep using the chassis? If not is there a case and motherboard that will give me 12 sata connections?

Current specs (I don’t need Plex transcoding. I have a Shield for that)

Intel® Xeon® CPU E3-1230 V2 @ 3.30GHz
32Gb Ram DDR3 Single-bit ECC

12 drive capacity
60TB
6 Data drives
1 Parity
500 Gb Cache SSD

And run
Adguard
krusader
Guacamole
Firefox
Cloudflare DDNS
Home Assistant
jackett
Nginx
NodeRed
radarr
resilio
shinobi
sonarr
unifi-controller

I’m not very well versed in Tyan motherboards, but I assume their IO layout is somewhat standardized like Supermicro. I do know that there is a nr12001 that had the v3/v4 board in it w/ 10G SFP+ on it. TYAN S5530WGM5NR-LE-2T. The IO shield is the same except for the SFP, but it’s not available either.

If you happen to be interested in getting rid of the chassis, let me know.
