TEMP Files Not Deleted Permanently!

Hello Friends,

I am having a serious issue in my Windows 10 PC. I am not able to delete the temp files permanently from Windows. I have tried the 3rd method of this article. And it worked well, the files were deleted at this time permanently. But the same issue is happening after sometimes. I could not find the actual reason behind it. Any help if possible.

What are the temp files that are causing issues? Maybe it’s a specific program doing something screwy.

Use a process explorer or something that will give you an idea of what processes have things open. Windows Sysinternals - Windows Sysinternals | Microsoft Docs

Sysinternals is pretty good.
