RV NAS Plex or JF

In 2 years i will be living in an RV. It has lots of power, 600ah@12 V ~ 7200 Watt/Hr with 800 watt Solar charging and a Generator.
I would only run the server while not moving
I am planning on Torrenting all the video i can for TV and Movies then once on the road playing back stuff like 13 years of all the law and orders.

Storage for all the video played on one of 3 smart Roku TVs with out surround sound for now. Stereo

backing up photos we take with the phones. and playing them on the big TV.

Backing up but one copy in the RV, 1 in the Tow veh, one in the Car. If they all get destroyed we will prob be gone too. Maybe Archives to CD stuff sent to relatives once a year or so.

Low power consumption, reliability, 4K video with 5.1 sound.

Would the N100 work?

this is the planning stage.
I will have OK internet either 5g or Star link, or nothing.

I also would like a separate system for video surveillance. 4 180 Degree cameras on the RV viewable on the TVs or a separate tablet or screen. to record the wildlife that happens by or to see what the bump in the night was before reaching for the fire arms.

The RV is a 45 foot 5th wheel toy hauler. The Tow Veh is a HDT semi truck and the car is a Smart Car. The Toy is a side by side. I have dash cams in the HDT, Smart and Toy.

Thanks for all the input you smart folks can provide.

Have you read my guide on this?

It’s a bit old, but it should provide some good guidance overall.

That would be a good idea for vacations and road trips.
I am preparing to live on the road with unreliable internet from travel fi to star link.

I want a server to back up photos from the phones
Hold and serve all the media i can pack into it and dish it out to 3 TVs in the RV.

I will install a opesence router for the tiny lan ans wifi.

I also would like video surveillance on the RV 12v recorder and 4 180 degree cameras.

I read about a nuc that idles at 9 watts, but woild it struggle with file transfers and 4k media.
