That’s an EPS adapter, which is for CPU power. You need an 8-pin PCIe adapter, which requires two separate molex lines from the PSU to adequately power - this is what I used.
cool beans, that what I bought. are you using a hard drive as well? / where are you getting power for it?
I think I plopped a 500GB SSD in, there’s an extra SATA power or two ziptied in under the other cables.
