PCI-E riser to fit a GPU in just one slot?

After reading # [Guide] Hardware Transcoding: The JDM way! now I am jazzed about finding a quadro P2000 GPU card to offload plex transcode sessions but my awesome new server has 4 PCI-E slots and 3 of them are in use.

Has anyone used a PCI-E riser card to do this and/or can you recommend a particular one? I assume something like this will work.

The riser you linked is a 90 degree, and I don’t see any way it will work in your case. You may have to just rearrange your pci cards so the P2000 will have access to two PCI slots on the chassis while only covering up one PCI socket on the motherboard.
