Any recommendations for a low to mid range price pc desktop
To use as a plex server to start for local network but something that I can expand to share my library with more people across internet with transcoding something a can add parts to if needed dont mind haven’t to add nas drive

I’m based in Europe cant find any hp290 as its American edition pc do you have any recommendations for a desktop sold worldwide dont mind if I have to buy new once it’s a reasonable price thanks

Edit: Actually I would probably look for something higher up the ladder like a e3-1245 v5 with hyper threading.
