Is it possible to get my private domain name to point to the Overseer site on port 5055 that is behind a dynamic ip and act like a regular website?
I know how to redirect but I don’t like to see a ddns address. I want it to act like a regular website.
If you don’t have an interest in using reverse DNS, just port forward 5055, and set up a dynamic DNS through a service like No-IP.
Can you please detail how that would work?
I created an account at NoIP but how can I use my custom site name to be used?
CNAME record pointing at dynamic DNS record.
Run DuckDNS Docker on your server and your IP will update to the correct one automatically.
