Need Advice for Nas build

Here are my initial specs to build my NAS. I do not really have a budget but I would like to keep it reasonably priced. The goal is to run a NAS and media plex server for my home only with direct play (4k), I would like to run sonar, radarr, jackett, torrent box, and maybe other services. Is this a good build or should I change anything around? When I purchase storage should I go with Sata or SAS? Are used drives worth using?

I am going with Unraid if that helps.

Looks good so far, although your formatting is a little messed up.

For storage you can use SAS or SATA, tons of us around here use refurbished SAS drives.
