This is a single chip solution, unlike 9300-16i/e or 9206-16e. Hopefully that means lower power consumption. Spec sheet lists 16w nominal under full load, no idea idle.
Looks like no PCI bracket is included at all. Hopefully you have one in a parts bin that matches the screw locations.
