Can I use the SAS controllers on this board as a hardware RAID?
Sorry if I didn’t use the correct terminology - I’m a little new to all of this.
I have a software RAID at the moment in Windows Server 2019 and would like to move to a hardware RAID - and was hoping I could boot into the SAS controller and create a RAID 5 there…does this motherboard support this?
FWIW, I did flash the SAS controller when I first purchased the board based on the recommendations. Not sure exactly what that did - Does that change things?
