The description makes me uncomfortable. “For parts or repair” isn’t my cup of tea when I expect something to work.
You can refund through PayPal without issue. The item is sold as working.
Right? They listed it through ebay as “used” not “for parts or repair”
It drives me nuts when sellers are that sloppy. It makes the process of getting a refund if something goes wrong pretty ambiguous.

It’s just typical, honestly. Sellers put that in their listing to deter people from returning or refunding, so that they voluntarily relinquish ebay/PayPal protection.
