How do I use these drives?
- You need a SAS HBA such as LSI 9201-8i , 9210-8i , or 9211-8i
- Use these SFF-8087 to SFF-8482 cables to connect up to 8 drives per HBA (4 drives per cable, 2 cables per card)
- You may need to do the 3.3v power mod, same as WD Shuckable drives.
- You will need a 4Kn compatible SAS HBA to use 4Kn drives. Please refer to this List to make sure your HBA is compatible.
