Advice on NAS Build using Unraid

Looking to rebuild my server currently running windows 10 but im wanting to switch to unraid running plex, sonarr, lidarr, deluge, jackett, tautulli help me if im missing anything

CPU: Intel Core i3-10100 3.6 GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: Gigabyte B460M DS3H Micro ATX LGA1200 Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill Aegis 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 CL16 Memory
Cache: Silicon Power A60 256 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive
Storage: Seagate Barracuda Compute 3x 8 TB 3.5" 5400RPM Internal Hard Drive
Custom: Rosewill RSV-R4100 - 4U Rackmount Server Case / Chassis

I have a build that’s a bit similar although I went for the i3-8100 with an arctic alpine 12 cpu cooler to save a little and added the difference to bumping up the ram to 32GB instead since I run a few more dockers than you plan to do (also gives me a bit more headroom for VMs in the future). Also, i used a 512GB nvme, also silicon power xpg, for all of the metadata (esp needed if you enable thumbnail generation), docker configs, media server configs, etc. Lastly, I tend to shuck my drives so they’re all WD whites with specs similar to the reds (mix of 10, 12 and 14TB), only it looks like their firmware might be different. I’ve been bitten too many times by the seagates so I tend to avoid them like the plague, especially anything SMR which I wouldn’t recommend for a NAS.
