A year or so ago I bought an HP elitedesk 800 G1 to use primarily as my home assistant server. I’ve expanded it and now have a password manager and a few other services running. Now, I’ve got a kid and want to start backing up photos. I’ll probably end up doing more than just photos but that’s my main requirement. Can I use the elitedesk 800? Should I get something with more bays? Should I trash/sell this guy and go for one of the NAS killer sample builds? Looking for advice on starting small with options to expand later. Cheers
