Please tell me if my parts are okay for my build

hi guys,

new here and looking for some help. im buying a NAS which is strictly to be used for storing media files.

I read all the guides and links to parts on ebay, but i can’t wait long for them to ship it and i prefer brand new parts.

i’m from Canada, and we’re having good sales on parts.

CPU: Ryzen 5 2600X
Mother Board: B4500m DS3H https://www.canadacomputers.com/product_info.php?cPath=26_1832_1833&item_id=123708

I’m going with 16GB DDR4 ram. That should be okay right?

PSU: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B06ZXQM46P/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?smid=A1K2SUXU652HJB&psc=1

now the motherboard will have SATA for connecting the harddrives and stuff, do i need anything else on top of that? i have no plans to overclock the CPU.
Should i be getting another CPU cooler? the Ryzen 5 2600x comes with a Wraith Spire cooler

Another questions isthe 10GB network port. The motherboard has Gigabit port. DO i need the 10GB port card> I don’t mind buying it but i want to know it will make a difference because my router only has gigabit ethernet ports. So, i’m not sure how it will help.

Finally, once i plug all this in and set it up. What’s my next step? What software/OS do i install to use the NAS? is there a good OS with nice or decent interface?
