NK 4.0 Build Swiss Edition - Feedback?

Hey everyone,

Been using the NK4.0 guide as an inspiration as much as possible. I’ve built myself a gaming rig before but definitely new in general to most of this so consider my knowledge as next to nothing.
I’m planning to build an OMV (pls no kil) NAS which will:

  • Hold all kinds of Linux ISOs
  • Be a TimeMachine backup for my laptop
  • Plex with 1 transcode stream probably
    I’ve chosen the case so I can upgrade/expand without much concern later on down the line.

I’m looking for any type of feedback, some starting points:

  • Compatibility
  • Temperature
  • How quiet it is (it’ll be in my room, not sure if the stock case fans will be sufficient)

I’m in Switzerland, which is in Europe, but not part of the Union, so taxes/import duties etc apply. That means I’ve got to mess around quite a bit to stay below the import duty limits etc, and pricing is just generally worse because small Swiss market. Here’s what I came up with so far:

I’ve no idea what I’ll do drive-wise, probably try to grab some shuckables? I’ll cross that bridge when I get to it. I want to get in on JDMs group buy deal but shipping a bunch of drives from US to CH is just so damned expensive ;-;
